Withdraw from the contract

From here you can withdraw from the M4k PRO contract. Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”. We email you a receipt right away with the date and time of the request.

If you haven't activated PRO in the app yet, we refund the whole amount. If you already activated it, withdrawal no longer applies, as you accepted at purchase (Terms, section 7). You can still send the request and we will answer you by email.

Only want to stop the renewal? You don't need to withdraw, just cancel from Polar's customer portal. PRO stays active until the end of the period already paid.
